Just wondering, how is your progress going? I lost about 5 pounds and was down to 105, then I gained 5 pounds back and just lost alllll motivation.

I’ve been dieting for 2 weeks, i lost about 5 pounds in the first 3 days, then it stopped.. then i started to eat less (around 400 calories..) and I finally lost 1 lb more, then it stopped again.. :D
I’m over a huge binge, and i did a water fast today and I’m about to try doing this in an other way, because I don’t see any progress after 2 weeks.. I’m going to eat 5 times a day to boost up my metabolism, I hope it will help.. :/ But I don’t know yet how much.. how much do you eat a day? Do you count calories?
