I’ve been dieting for 2 weeks, i lost about 5 pounds in the first 3 days, then it stopped.. then i started to eat less (around 400 calories..) and I finally lost 1 lb more, then it stopped again.. :D
I’m over a huge binge, and i did a water fast today and I’m about to try doing this in an other way, because I don’t see any progress after 2 weeks.. I’m going to eat 5 times a day to boost up my metabolism, I hope it will help.. :/ But I don’t know yet how much.. how much do you eat a day? Do you count calories?

Is all these tiny skinny girls I see… I know for a fact that they don’t even try to watch what they’re eating. It never crosses their mind.
